I’m originally from Havana, Cuba and my passion for dance started when I began my dance training at 8 years old.
After 7 years’ study with a leading Havana dance company, I graduated with distinction. Two years later I qualified to teach.
Cuban salsa is close to my heart as it was part of my childhood. My classes bring out the dance’s vibrant style and energy by introducing elements of Rumba and Salsatone. In Cuba, I made my living as a professional dancer, performer and choreographer.
I arrived in the UK in 2007, when I was crowned the “Reggaeton King”, and began passing on my love of dance through teaching.
I have taught and performed all Cuban dance forms; Salsa, Son, Cha Cha Cha, Rumba, Afro and of course Reggaeton.
I aim to help students grow their skills, confidence and pleasure in dancing.
